The second session of the Critical Communications Skills in Officer/Citizen Encounters Instructor Training Program concluded successfully on September 27, 2024, at the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) Bangkok. Jointly organized by ILEA Bangkok and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC), the program welcomed 34 participants from Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
The training featured practical exercises that significantly enhanced participants' skills in conducting interviews with victims, witnesses, and suspects. The course also provided key insights into the techniques, methods, and theories essential for gathering critical information in law enforcement scenarios. In addition to professional development, the program fostered camaraderie and collaboration among participants, strengthening their ability to work effectively together during practical activities.
