2019 International Post Blast Investigations Kick-off

ILEA-Bangkok initiated its 2019 academic season with International Post Blast Investigations, a course taught by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), January 14-25, 2019, at the Law Enforcement Tactical Training Center, Cha-am, Thailand.

The course consisted of 26 participants from Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand, who engaged in classroom lectures and practical exercises. Utilizing the strategy of teamwork, the participants were able to employ the investigative techniques learned during the course, on a practical exercise that involved the detonation of explosives inside a vehicle.
