Leadership for Women in Law Enforcement : Session 2 (Aug 2022)

On August 30, 2022, to September 2, 2022, ILEA Bangkok in cooperation with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) hosted a four-day virtual Leadership for the Women in Law Enforcement (LWLE) Course. This course laid the foundation for developing effective female law enforcement leaders. 36 participants received essential training needed to become an exceptional leader in the future. Additionally, the training looked at the law enforcement leadership from a female perspective and focused on the communication styles of women and men, understanding human behavior, establishing positive and motivating work environments, gender stereotypes, leadership personalities, strengths and weaknesses, and career planning and goals.
