Virtual Executive Leadership and Major Case Management Course

ILEA Bangkok in partnership with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) conducted Virtual Executive Leadership and Major Case Management course, August 31 to September 3, 2021, with 30 participants from 7 ILEA subscribing countries.

Designed for senior investigators and law enforcement managers, this virtual training taught by the FBI provides core concepts of leadership in the 21st century along with comprehensive perspectives on approaches and methods to exercise leadership principles in a major criminal investigation with case studies from actual real world scenarios. This training also spotlights dynamics and characteristics of major case management, crime scene management, effective team building, and media management.
