FLETC and ILEA Bangkok Launched the 4th Year of Leadership for Law Enforcement Supervisors Training

Leadership no doubt plays a crucial role in the field of law enforcement, and ILEA Bangkok remains steadfast in offering important current topics of interest to our law enforcement partners in the region.  ILEA Bangkok, together with the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), organized and presented the 4^th  year of the Leadership for Law Enforcement Supervisors training, February 11-15, 2019, at the Rama Gardens Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.  The training engaged 42 participants who are supervisor-level from 10 countries through interactive lectures and problem-solving practical exercises that delivered the fundamental principles of how to create, motivate, and support working environments.
