ILEA Bangkok and ATF Hosted the Virtual Small Arms Trafficking Course

ILEA Bangkok in collaboration with Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) conducted the virtual Small Arms Trafficking course, February 14-17, 2022, with 44 participants who are investigators and criminal justice officials, from 6 ILEA subscribing countries.

The Small Arms Trafficking training by the ATF was designed to develop participant’s knowledge in firearms trafficking and broaden their investigative skills to identify firearms traffickers and criminals using firearms in violent crimes. 

The training focused on the areas related to firearms trafficking and highlighted case studies and methods to retrieve evidence from social media platforms in the investigations.
