ILEA Bangkok, with the partnership of the U.S. Secret Service (USSS), presented the 7th Basic Investigations of Computer and Electronic Crimes Program (BICEP), February 17-21, 2020, with 27 participants from seven subscribing countries. On the final day of the training, ILEA Bangkok was pleased and honored to have Mr. Brian R. Lewin, USSS Resident Agent in Charge/Attaché, to be our guest of honor at the graduation ceremony.

The one-week cybercrime training was designed for law enforcement personnel to act as a first responder for variety of cybercrime investigations. The participants were supported with guidance from USSS instructors through interactive teaching and essential techniques to handle electronic evidence and carry out the investigations.
