The Critical Communications Skills in Officer/Citizen Encounters Instructor Training Program: Session 1 concluded successfully on September 29, 2023, at the International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) Bangkok. This training program was jointly organized by ILEA Bangkok and the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC). It saw active participation from a total of 37 individuals representing Brunei, Cambodia, Malaysia, Philippines, singapore, Thiland, and Timor-Letse. 

The practical exercises conducted during the training played a pivotal role in enhancing participants' abilities to conduct interviews with victims, witnesses, and suspects. Furthermore, the course provided valuable insights into the techniques, methods, and theories essential for obtaining crucial information in law enforcement contexts. Beyond the professional development aspects, the course fostered camaraderie and cooperation among the participants, strengthening their ability to work together effectively during practical activities.
