Law Enforcement and Leadership Development (LELD)-JAN 2023

From January 9-27, 2023, 46 Participants from 8 subscribing countries actively participated in three-week Law Enforcement Leadership Development (LELD)  course.

This course focused on leadership practices including leading change to respond effectively to the challenges of leading law enforcement organizations in the 21st Century. It also included leadership concepts, for example, ethical and moral behavior issues, understanding human behavior, wellness in a law enforcement culture, belief systems and motivators, emotional intelligence and leadership, and leadership in crisis situations. The instructors of the training were from FLETC, DEA and DSS.
