Tactical Safety and Planning : Session 25

The International Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA) Bangkok, in collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), recently conducted a successful Tactical Safety & Planning session. The event took place from October 23 to November 3, 2023, at the ILEA Tactical training center in Cha-Am.

A total of 27 dedicated law enforcement officers from Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste came together for this intensive training. During the session, participants gained invaluable insights and practical skills in various areas, including planning and leading drug raid procedures, operating in low-light conditions, advanced defensive tactics, tactical medical techniques, medical evacuation procedures, human rights and ethical use of force, advanced mechanical breaching, fitness and wellness, and active shooter response protocols. 

This collaborative effort by ILEA and DEA served as a crucial platform for enh  ancing regional law enforcement capabilities and promoting cooperation among neighboring countries in the fight against organized crime and drug-related issues.
